VitalBox is my own e-commerce venture, not a client engagement — and that distinction is the point. Advising on digital growth is one thing; carrying the risk yourself is another. Building and running an online store end to end means every decision about store, visibility, and operations has real money and real consequences attached to it.
The full stack, hands on: the storefront build; SEO and GEO so the store is discoverable in both traditional search and AI-generated answers; and the systems and tracking behind it — the operational and measurement layer that tells you what's actually happening instead of what you hope is.
Owning the whole loop — build, visibility, systems, tracking — is what separates advice that sounds right from advice that survives contact with reality. Because the money is mine, nothing is theoretical: the GEO/SEO tactics, the tracking setup, and the operational choices are pressure-tested by outcome, not by slide deck. That's the credibility a client can't get from a consultant who has only ever spent someone else's budget.
